Product Information and Pricing

vivaturn Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. If an error affects product information, pricing, or availability, vivaturn Store may correct that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the inaccurate information, at no cost to you. For items that naturally vary (such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are supplied for reference only; vivaturn Store cannot guarantee that products remain free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, pickup location, and chosen time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order is contingent on product availability and acceptance by vivaturn Store. vivaturn Store may decline or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required before an order is dispatched or made available for pickup. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your selected delivery zone and time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement for purchasing such items in your jurisdiction, and valid government-issued identification will be required at delivery or pickup. Should an item in your order be out of stock, we will contact you before dispatch and may propose a suitable substitute or refund the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on vivaturn Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "vivaturn Store" name and branding — belongs exclusively to vivaturn Store and is safeguarded by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. User Responsibilities

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of vivaturn Store's services shall first be submitted to vivaturn Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on the parties and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

vivaturn Store may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where we make material changes to these Terms, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice by email to the address linked to your account or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
